Our take on a classic London Dry and the heart of the Gindu story. Australian Dry is drawn from botanicals predominantly from Australia’s interior, such as blood limes, oldman saltbush and wattleseed. We’ve also added the smallest hint of anise myrtle and finish with pepperberries. We distill the breadth of this continent into one balanced, classic dry expression.

The Gindu Pub Classic LLB

  • 45ml Gindu Australian Dry Gin
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 2-3 Dashes Bitters
  • Top up with Lemon Lime Bitters (sweeter) or Soda (more traditional)
  • Garnish: Lemon 
  • Glassware: Highball
  • Ice: Lots

Add Gindu, lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into an ice filled highball and top up with Lemon Lime & Bitters or soda. Give it a gentle stir & add a final dash of bitters if preferred. Cheers!
